About Us

The M/V Doolin Rogers is proudly owned and operated by Youth Marine Foundation, a Washington-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located on Tacoma's historic Thea Foss Waterway.

More than a charter vessel, the Doolin Rogers is a community asset with a purpose. Every voyage helps sustain the vessel's operations while supporting programs that introduce youth and young adults to the maritime industry through hands-on experiences, education, and workforce development opportunities.

Our charter program was created to provide individuals, businesses, and organizations with a unique way to experience the beauty of Puget Sound while helping preserve and operate one of the region's most distinctive vessels. Whether hosting a corporate event, private celebration, team-building experience, or community gathering, guests enjoy an unforgettable experience aboard a vessel that is making a difference.

Unlike traditional charter operators, every dollar generated through charter services is reinvested into the operation, maintenance, and mission of the Doolin Rogers and the programs of Youth Marine Foundation. Your charter helps ensure this remarkable vessel remains active, accessible, and available for future generations.

When you step aboard the Doolin Rogers, you are not only creating lasting memories on the water. You are helping support a stronger maritime community, expand opportunities for young people, and preserve a vessel that continues to inspire, educate, and serve.

We invite you to experience Puget Sound with purpose aboard the M/V Doolin Rogers.
